4 Days Masai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha Safari with Yalla Safari Treks

This 4 day safari combines these three incredible destinations for an unforgettable wildlife and nature adventure.

Day 1: Nairobi to Masai Mara

Your journey begins with a pickup from Nairobi at 7 am. Travel south through the Great Rift Valley with breathtaking views along the way. Stop for lunch in Narok town before continuing on to the Masai Mara.

On arrival, check in to your camp and enjoy your first evening game drive in the reserve. This is the perfect opportunity to spot elephants, lions, zebras and giraffes as the sun sets across the savannah.

Day 2: Full Day in the Masai Mara

After breakfast at 7 am, spend the entire day exploring the Masai Mara. This is your chance to track the famous Big Five of Africa: lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant and rhino. Depending on the season you may also witness the wildebeest migration, one of the world’s most dramatic wildlife spectacles.

Day 3: Masai Mara to Nakuru

After breakfast at 7 am, check out from the camp and begin your journey towards Nakuru. On arrival, check in at your lodge where meals and overnight stay will be provided. This sets the stage for the next day’s adventure at Lake Nakuru National Park.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru to Nairobi via Naivasha

Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before heading for a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, world renowned for its flamingoes and birdlife. The lake often appears pink from a distance due to the sheer number of flamingoes. The park is also home to rhinos, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife.

After the game drive, proceed towards Nairobi with a stop at Lake Naivasha. Here you may opt for a boat ride and hippo tour, a perfect way to end your safari experience.

Arrival in Nairobi will be in the late afternoon with drop off at your hotel.
